How to Join SAENA (Practitioner)

Full Members ($100 per year)

Eligibility

You are eligible to become a full member if you meet at least one of the following requirements:

  1. You are studying an accredited course with the National College of Traditional Medicine and have completed at least the first component of your certification (meaning you have received at least one certificate from your course so far) or
  2. You have successfully completed an accredited course with the National College of Traditional Medicine and received a certificate for that course or
  3. You have successfully completed multiple accredited courses with the National College of Traditional Medicine and have received certificates for those courses.

How To Join – as a Full Member

Before You Start: Please make sure you have a digital copy of your course certificate/s from the National College of Traditional Medicine. You will be required to upload these documents with your membership application.

Step 1: In the dropdown menu under Join, you will see an option to “Join Us”. Click “Join Us”.

Step 2: You will now be on the “Become a Member” page. Scroll down and fill in the Username and Password sections. Be sure to select “I am in practice” as your Member Type.

Step 3: Fill in your information, being sure to select the correct Category and Animal Types for your course (you should only select categories and animal types which align with the courses or course components you have already successfully completed).

Step 4: Please make sure you upload your NCTM course certificate/s at the bottom of the page, by clicking Choose File and selecting the appropriate documents. If you have completed multiple accredited courses with NCTM, please upload a certificate for each course you have selected a relevant category for. We cannot approve your full membership without seeing these files.

Step 5: Click “Submit Listing”, and that is all you need to do for now. We will email you further instructions once we have approved your Full Membership application.
